About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Director to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Director, you will play a key role in leading and developing our educational programs, ensuring they are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current WWVP Card.
