Health Program Coordinator Role Overview

As a Health Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a significant quality assurance program that underpins the integrity of Australia's Community Pharmacy network.

  • Lead and mentor junior team members to effectively run a large-scale project, helping prioritize activity and develop capability.
  • Take complete ownership of the Program Management Office, which includes day-to-day program delivery, specific projects, and ad-hoc tasks while ensuring a strong client focus and driving deliverables throughout.
  • Provide ongoing project management support including budget management, program reporting as required, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process and driving continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination experience in a consulting environment or team-based project or program delivery setting, demonstrating strong project administration skills and an eye for detail. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • The ability to lead and mentor your team to complete deliverables in a fast-paced environment, mentoring team members to think creatively and effectively problem-solve/trouble-shoot (and escalate as required).
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, move between tasks and the client seamlessly, possess a strong initiative and desire to seek out continuous improvement of processes.
