About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Group Security and Resilience (GS&R) team, you will work closely with our GS&R Manager and Senior Specialists to execute our GS&R framework, which encompasses Crisis Management, Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Protective Security, and Group Investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and assurance to our first-line teams on the five GS&R capabilities, including prevention, preparation, response, and recovery activities.
  • Support and advise our business during real-world disruptive events.
  • Ensure our organization has the necessary information, training, platforms, and services to effectively prepare for and manage disruptive events in a robust and sustainable manner.
  • Ensure effective governance of the five GS&R capabilities, including identifying improvements, optimization, and efficiencies.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a mature understanding and track record in Protective Security. You will bring a highly collaborative approach and a desire to develop your skills across all pillars. Your extensive experience in Protective Security and training/coaching will be highly valued.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Protective Security and providing training and coaching.
  • Experience in Crisis Management and/or Emergency Management is highly valued.
  • Strong analysis and modeling skills combined with a strong system and/or integration background.
