Project Manager Position

About the Role:

Our organization seeks an experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of landscape construction projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and other project documentation.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of successfully managing landscape construction projects, possessing at least 5 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape construction materials, methods, and industry standards, along with excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and track progress.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, designers, and subcontractors. Problem-solving and decision-making skills are also necessary, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, landscape architecture, or a related field are highly desirable.
