**Job Summary:**
School counsellors play a pivotal role in supporting student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
As an Education Psychologist, you will provide counselling and psychological assessments to complement and enhance teaching efforts. This collegiate role offers unique challenges and opportunities for professional growth and impact on children's lives.

**Selection Criteria:**
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Qualifications in Education and Psychology
- Teaching qualifications and eligibility for approval to teach in NSW Department of Education schools
- Registration or provisional registration as a psychologist
- Demonstrated understanding of mental health needs in children and young people
- Experience in counselling and assessment of children and young people
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
