Strategic Leadership Opportunity

This is a significant and strategic leadership position for an experienced and visionary educational leader to drive system-wide improvement in teaching, learning and innovation across a rapidly growing region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to advance student outcomes through innovative pedagogy, curriculum and assessment practices.
  • Drive the development of teachers' skills, equipping them with resources and technologies to enhance teaching and student engagement.
  • Establish system-wide standards for success, using data and research to measure holistic student achievement and teacher development.
  • Build partnerships to expand pathways and opportunities for student excellence.
  • Provide strategic leadership in education technology to enhance teaching and learning environments.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience as a senior educational leader.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and improvement in teaching and learning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.

As a strategic leader in this organisation, you will be responsible for driving system-wide improvement in teaching, learning and innovation. You will lead the development and implementation of strategies to advance student outcomes and establish system-wide standards for success.
