Senior Mechanical Engineer Position Available

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and maintaining mechanical systems for hydrocarbon storage and distribution, including feasibility studies, detailed design, and engineering calculations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing costings and proposals, attending customer sites to scope works, supporting installations, overseeing commissioning, and providing ongoing technical troubleshooting.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical systems for hydrocarbon storage and distribution.
  • Prepare costings and proposals for projects.
  • Attend customer sites to scope works and provide technical support.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Provide ongoing technical troubleshooting and maintenance support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the fuel facilities and fuel management systems sector.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
