Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee our Water Sports program.

This role involves day-to-day operational management, mentoring, and delivery of water sports program offerings. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, safety, engagement, customer loyalty, and consistency in processes while driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a people person who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborating with colleagues and providing exceptional service to participants. While prior experience in a water sports program is beneficial, it is not essential for this role.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of leading teams, developing programs, and achieving results.
