Customer Service Role Overview

This position involves managing a team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient repair and servicing operations.

  • Effective management of customer repairs and services
  • Identification and tagging of faulty products, along with supplier liaison to ensure timely and accurate services
  • Provision of regular updates on repair status and delivery of outstanding customer service

Additionally, the incumbent will be involved in administrative tasks such as invoice processing, claims, and reconciliations, as well as compiling weekly reports for repairs and services.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in a customer-focused retail environment or ability to work effectively within this context
  • High volume administration experience
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks with a flexible attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and manage workflow efficiently
