Impact Research Specialist

Job Opportunity:
Research and Stakeholder Engagement RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key part in delivering high-impact research and stakeholder engagement.
- This role will involve applying proprietary assessment frameworks to analyse ESG, sustainability, and impact factors for securities.
- The successful candidate will conduct research to support the use of positive and negative screening in investment products.
- This position also involves supporting and participating in thematic research programs and contributing to engagement activities with issuers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
- Postgraduate qualifications in environment, sustainability, social policy, or a related field are highly regarded.
- The ideal candidate will have around 2 to 3 years of experience with sustainability or ESG-related issues.
- Strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven organisational capabilities are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for driving positive change are highly valued.
