We work with various clients in the entertainment industry, including music festivals, live events, record labels, and brands. Our creative approach to marketing allows us to create unique and engaging experiences for audiences.

Please note that this role focuses on Digital and Business Operations, and we are open to a Digital Coordinator position as well.

Role Purpose:
The Digital Operations Manager plays a key role in managing end-to-end digital projects and associated business operations. This includes tasks such as billing receipts, account setup, and project scope reviews. The ideal candidate will ensure that all campaigns run smoothly, on time, and within budget by effectively allocating resources and working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end digital projects and associated business operations, including billing receipts, account setup, and project scope reviews.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation, maintain communication, and uphold workflow and documentation standards.
  • Proactively manage risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills while reviewing and QA-ing campaigns prior to launch.
  • Show a deep understanding of digital service offerings and be able to communicate these both internally and externally.
  • Direct teams and resources to interpret client briefs and ensure the final output is consistent with the client's expectations.
  • Ability to provide cost estimates and quotations, and monitor budgets.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project status and end-of-campaign reports.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
