**Airport Supervisor Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airport Supervisor to join our team. As an Airport Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise a team of staff to ensure daily operations run efficiently
  • Collect trolleys from designated areas and return them to collection points
  • Monitor work areas, including cleaning, allocating workers or scheduling roundup of trolleys
  • Ensure teamwork observes Work Health and Safety (WHS) policy and report any misconduct or accidents to the Manager
  • Perform daily inspection checks of equipment and documentation
  • Report hazards, incidents, accidents, and near misses on allocated sheets and notify the Manager promptly

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, aviation, or similar fields
  • Honest, fair, and courteous nature with good customer service skills
  • Strong commitment to Company policies and ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to adapt to varying tasks and perform in busy and high-pressure situations
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work without supervision
  • Available to work a rotating roster, including early morning, afternoon, and night shifts as well as some weekends and public holidays

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Current Driver's License
  • Physically fit to collect trolleys throughout the airport
