Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Educator to lead our educational programs and team of Educators.

This role offers the opportunity to take charge of your own room, working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and improve teaching practices.

The ideal candidate will prioritize the safety and inclusivity of all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet their diverse needs.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement teaching strategies to promote student engagement and achievement
  • Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Prioritize safety and inclusivity in all aspects of teaching and learning
