Responsibilities
  • Manage consistent customer satisfaction and develop people to meet restaurant goals
  • Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
  • Drive team achievements and contribute to restaurant objectives
  • Support ongoing training and development for team members
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member
  • A happy, energetic and enthusiastic personality, even under pressure
  • Leadership skills with experience in developing successful and engaged teams
  • A natural ability to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
  • A positive attitude towards all tasks, duties, and responsibilities
  • A passion for driving team successes and contributing to store goals
  • A desire for progression and career opportunities
