Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Develop and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and coaching as needed
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences
  • Support the restaurant's goals and objectives through effective teamwork
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain a focus on quality and safety
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Desire for progression and career opportunities
