Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team in Nowra.

  • The primary focus of this role is to oversee project deliverables and operations, coordinating technical disciplines and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

This position involves providing onsite support services, technical advice, and coordination of works, subcontractors, equipment, and personnel.

  • Onsite support services and technical assistance on construction projects.
  • Planning and coordinating works, including the management of subcontractors, equipment, and personnel.
  • Providing technical guidance to personnel regarding design, construction, program modifications, or repairs.
  • Compiling and creating QA/QC documentation.
  • Developing and implementing project schedules.
  • Quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements.
  • Facilitating regular project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project delivery, preferably in a remediation context.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong project delivery skills, including budgeting, coordination, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent client-facing and commercial skills, with the ability to influence stakeholder relationships.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity in finding solutions.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
