Project Coordination Specialist

The Project Coordination Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting project deliverables and operations, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Duties encompass providing onsite support services, technical guidance, and coordinating works with subcontractors, equipment, and personnel.

Key qualifications include extensive on-ground project delivery experience, tertiary qualification in Engineering (desired), and strong commercial skills with excellent stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite support services and technical assistance on construction projects.
  • Plan and coordinate works, subcontractor, equipment, and personnel.
  • Offer technical advice to personnel regarding design, construction, program modification or repairs.
  • Compile and create quality assurance/quality control documentation.
  • Program and schedule works.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs.
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements.
Requirements:
  • Extensive on-ground project delivery experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Desirable).
  • Project delivery skills, including budgeting and coordinating works.
  • Client-facing with a strong commercial skillset.
  • Able to positively influence, develop, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Self-managing while working well in a team environment.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and can 'think outside the box.'
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines.
