We are a 120-seat restaurant located in the heart of Perth CBD, offering an urban industrial-chic atmosphere with a modern twist. Our venue is part of the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre and serves as a favourite spot for many, providing daily Happy Hour specials, Thirsty Thursdays, Fab Fridays, and $18 lunch specials.

Job Description

As a Dining Services Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued. This role involves greeting and escorting customers to their tables, preparing beverages to a high standard, serving food in a professional and timely manner, highlighting promotions and daily specials, and maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and escort customers to their tables, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare beverages (coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to a high standard, adhering to our quality standards.
  • Serve food in a professional and timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Highlight promotions and daily specials to customers, providing recommendations and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage or bar service role, with a strong focus on customer service and interaction. Barista experience is favourable, and you should hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification. Additionally, you should be highly motivated, genuinely enjoy interacting with diverse people, and be able to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and Public Holidays.

We provide a competitive salary, ranging from AUD $55,000 to AUD $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
