About the Role

As a Dining Service Assistant at BaptistCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who can assist in delivering high-quality food and beverage products while adhering to our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, consistently meeting prescribed service standards.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to the required standard operating procedures/duty statement.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Chef on duty to address catering-related issues and needs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Possession of Cert III in Cookery or Hospitality (desired but not essential).
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg and undertake physical tasks associated with the role.
  • Capacity to pass a National Police Check and undergo pre-employment medical clearance.
