Warehouse Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of stock holdings.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
  • Implement efficient processes for receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably within the mining industry.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A valid High Risk Work Licence - LF Forklift is required for this role.
