About the Opportunity

The Integrated Service Support Officer plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of case management services within Ravenhall's communities. Working closely with the Case Management Coordinators, custodial operations, and Alliance Partners, this role ensures the smooth operation of case management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Case Management Coordinators, including minute taking, room bookings, and scheduling.
  • Conduct regular file audits of Individual Management Files and ensure accurate filing of relevant documents.
  • Assist with scheduling, preparation, and documentation of Case Management Review Committee Meetings.
  • Provide administrative assistance to support case management delivery, including printing resources and materials.
  • Collate and disseminate case management information to community staff as required.

Requirements:

  • High-level competence in computer systems, scheduling, and Microsoft applications.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles and/or office management and support.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and provide administrative support as required.
