Healthcare Business Development Manager

Your Role: As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth. Our business invests heavily in marketing, resulting in a high volume of quality leads daily, which are qualified by our Business Development Representative team before being passed to the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery.
- Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful sales.
- Sales Strategies: Prepare and deliver impactful sales strategies, pitches, and presentations focused on our registration packs to help clients start their own businesses.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring clients remain compliant with regulations and pass audits successfully.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services based on client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Representative team to ensure smooth lead transitions and continuous communication with the Delivery team post-sale.
- Client Success: Ensure clients are well-informed and guided through the entire sales process, providing them with necessary resources to succeed in their business ventures.
Requirements:
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- Sales Environments: Strong track record in both B2B and B2C sales environments, focusing on relationship-building and meeting sales targets.
- Client Relationships: Ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, managing client expectations and delivering tailored solutions.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Experience working closely with other teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Healthcare Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare market, especially in sectors such as NDIS, Aged Care, Medicinal Cannabis, or Cosmetic Injectables.
- Qualifications: Relevant business-related qualifications are highly regarded.
