Job Title: Team Manager Virtual Lending

The role of a Team Manager - Virtual Lending is to provide effective leadership and guidance to their team, ensuring that team members are engaged and motivated in a conducive work environment.

Key responsibilities include managing performance, setting goals, overseeing workflows, and managing stakeholders. The team will consist of Home Lending Specialists who support customers with their home lending needs and offer an end-to-end lending service including needs analysis and holistic solutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead a team remotely, facilitate training and individual development needs, and achieve objectives with and through others.

Additional requirements include advanced interpersonal communication skills, proactive approach, and a high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.

This role offers flexible work options, a hybrid model of minimum 2 days in the office per week, and opportunities for ongoing development and education reimbursement.
