This role is a key position within the commercial team at HelloFresh Australia
Key Responsibilities
Business Development- Drive sales growth through strategic partnerships
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Account Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities
Merchandising- Optimize product placement and visibility
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data
Administration- Manage sales records and reports
- Process customer credits and invoices
- Coordinate logistics and delivery
Requirements
Applicants should possess
- 2+ years of business development experience
- 1+ FMCG sales experience
- Strong understanding of sales cycles
- Proven success in converting leads to sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
