Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Assistant Director, leading a team to provide high-quality early learning and care. This is a full-time fixed-term position that offers a range of benefits and opportunities for growth.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and motivating the centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. They will work closely with the Centre Director to achieve excellence in education and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to deliver outstanding results
  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, or similar
