About the role
As a Digital Solutions Analyst, you will lead the delivery of solutions by consulting with stakeholders to obtain, analyse, communicate, and validate technical requirements for changes to business processes, policies, digital systems, and applications.
You will also identify business problems and seek opportunities to solve them while enhancing the digital user experience.

Identify, document, and assist business stakeholders in articulating clearly defined business requirements.
Develop member-centric digital solutions that deliver the best outcomes for RACQ members.
Draft technical requirements and artefacts to communicate solution designs that will assist developers throughout delivery.
Leverage technologies such as HTML, Java Script,.
NET, SQL, MAUI, Sitecore, and Web APIs.
Step in to lead a solution as required, including design, estimations, coordination, and specification activities, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs and expectations.
Conduct continuous improvements on digital initiatives implemented and identify opportunities for further optimisation within the process.

About you

Must have professional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills.
Must have business acumen and industry knowledge with a strong understanding of business processes and products.
Knowledge of digital IT trends and experience working with digital platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, Java Script, and.
NET.
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
Hands-on experience using UML to create sequence diagrams.
Extensive experience working with APIs and web services.
Knowledge and use of process modelling tools to create BPMN and flow diagrams.
