Finance Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Coordinator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day running of our finance operations, working closely with the Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, organisational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to respond to the changing needs of the business to achieve key outcomes.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity that offers the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative culture guided by values of respect, accountability, and compassion.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, debt collection, and bank account reconciliation.
- Process payments and receipts according to organisational procedures.
- Assist with payment of employee wages and expenses, submission of STP, reconciliation, and payment of SGL and LSL Levy.
Your Requirements:
- A 'can do' attitude and personal integrity.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Xero accounting package, and Visual Care or similar payroll/rostering software packages is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High-level problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- NDIS Worker Screen Check and Covid-19 Proof of Vaccination.
