The business is seeking an experienced and skilled bookkeeper to join their organisation on a part-time or full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management - overseeing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and daily transactions.
  • Customer Service - processing customer payments, allocating funds accurately and generating supplier invoices.
  • Payroll Administration - completing payroll for the organisation, payment of superannuation and tax, as well as new starter and termination processes.
  • Reporting Duties - preparing various reports and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an all-round accounts position with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level customer service skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills with attention to detail.
