We are seeking an experienced auditor to join our team as a Risk Assurance Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing audit programs, identifying risks and providing recommendations for improvement. The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, such as accounting or finance, and experience in risk management or internal audit. They will also possess strong research skills, with the ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders.

This is a permanent full-time position based out of Melbourne, Bendigo or Adelaide. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 40% of your time per week in the office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025.

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute audit programs to identify risks and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data and financial information to inform audit findings and recommendations
  • Communicate audit results and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or related field
  • Experience in risk management or internal audit
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong research skills and ability to think strategically
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment
