Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to lead the clean-up and reconciliation of our balance sheet, identifying and resolving discrepancies. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with IT and operations to ensure ERP modules are correctly configured.

The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory/product based environments, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for preparing monthly management reports including P&L, variance analysis, and commentary.

In this role, you will conduct detailed inventory analysis including valuation, movements, and cost allocation. You will also partner with operations and supply chain to understand cost drivers and improve margin performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the clean-up and reconciliation of the balance sheet, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure ERP modules are correctly configured.
  • Conduct detailed inventory analysis including valuation, movements, and cost allocation.
  • Partner with operations and supply chain to understand cost drivers and improve margin performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar.
  • Experience with ERP migration/troubleshooting highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical ability - inventory + profitability analysis etc.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and partner with operations.
