The Role

This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of the GTM (Go-To-Market) Finance team as we drive the business forward through analytical forecasting and provide critical insights to fuel growth. The Senior Finance Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of JAPAC Finance. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering insights into the business and making recommendations that foster expansion. You will collaborate with Finance and Sales GTM leaders, influencing senior management decisions, inspiring change, and challenging the status quo as Adobe continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Provide essential business analysis and define significant financial and operational metrics that lead to impactful decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and support strategic initiatives. Deliver precise and timely executive-level reporting and insights through effective storytelling. Offer strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Navigate matrixed organizations effectively, maintaining credibility and fostering positive relationships with key business partners across various regions.

Qualifications for Success

Strong communicator with excellent PowerPoint skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Capable of translating data into compelling narratives, elucidating quarterly variances, risks, and opportunities. Analytical thinker and creative problem solver who challenges conventional approaches. Self-motivated individual with a curious mindset, eager to develop recommendations and adapt to a dynamic business environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of facilitating constructive discussions and fostering collaboration among teams to drive results. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant experience in GTM or sales finance preferred.
