We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to deliver high-quality social work services to patients in accordance with established ethics and standards.
- Deliver professional social work interventions including psychosocial assessments, care planning, general support counselling, crisis intervention, assistance with practical matters, provision of information, referral and advocacy, and consultation with community agencies.

Your Qualifications- A relevant Australian standard qualification in Social Work
- Current registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (or eligible to hold)
- Strong team player with a confident and engaging personality aligned with NSW Health core values
