Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to provide exceptional clinical services to our residents.
As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of wellness and support.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to residents with complex needs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience working with residents with dementia and other complex conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing resident needs
