Chief Cybersecurity Architect

The OT Cyber Security Specialist is a pivotal role in delivering global technical guidance and support for implementing cybersecurity measures within operational technology (OT) environments at manufacturing sites.
Core responsibilities include advancing the OT Cyber Security Roadmap by identifying suitable cybersecurity solutions tailored to manufacturing settings, offering technical assistance to site-based OT engineers, and tracking critical cyber risk indicators.
To fulfill these objectives, the specialist will collaborate closely with the manufacturing technology team, site personnel, project management office, global IT teams, and external vendors or consultants.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the global cyber improvement roadmap across manufacturing sites
- Collaborate with site-based engineers to identify and implement standardized cybersecurity tools tailored for OT environments
- Monitor and report on site-level progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Support compliance with manufacturing OT Cyber Security Requirements
- Conduct business impact assessments, develop service continuity management plans, and create standardized documentation templates for cyber controls
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in deploying and maintaining cybersecurity tools in OT and automation environments
- Familiarity with threat modeling and risk management in OT settings
- ISA/IEC 62443 cybersecurity certificate(s) or ability to attain within 12 months (preferred)
