We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Professional to join our team at Minchin Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a key member of our insolvency practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients in the areas of corporate restructuring, financial recovery, and business turnaround.
Key Responsibilities- Apply appropriate controls to client engagements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and cash flows to help clients navigate financial challenges.
- Prepare draft reports to lenders and creditors, providing clear and concise information on client financial situations.
- Compile information, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to clients on the best course of action for their business.
- Build and develop relationships with clients, promoting our business restructuring offering and providing expert advice on insolvency matters.
- Ensure all working papers are accurate and files are maintained in an appropriate manner, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct investigations and report on any identified contraventions in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working directly in Australian insolvency practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or Commerce/Law.
- CA/CPA complete or nearing completion.
- ARITA qualification and membership highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation.
- Strong willingness to learn, personal drive, and passion for insolvency.
- 'Can-do' attitude and aspiration to grow a career in insolvency practice.
- Salary of $85,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation.
