- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and other educators.
- Collaborate with the Our Village Family Childcare coordination unit to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.
- A minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Sound knowledge of the National Early Childhood Education and Care National Law and Regulations and the Early Years Learning Frameworks.
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to providing quality education and care.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Flexibility and willingness to be open to new ideas.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
