Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to build a world-class AI training data library.
  • Collaborate with key product, design, marketing, and operations stakeholders to identify and deliver opportunities to enhance content experience.
  • Lead a team of Product Managers working in the content space to deliver against bold content goals and drive content engagement.
  • Establish a vision and define the future roadmap for your product area.
  • Design and implement a more efficient approach to content production to improve scale while maintaining quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the content and/or marketplace space at a high-growth company with an international presence.
  • Understanding of generative AI trends and common practices.
  • A proven track record of effectively collaborating and leading product teams to deliver complex roadmaps.
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate with engineering, data, design, and operations teams, and coordinate cross-functionally to achieve big wins.
  • Ability to generate insights based on vision, data, and user feedback, clearly define a direction, and execute quickly to deliver value and delightful experiences.
  • Ownership mentality and high agency to move projects from concept to reality swiftly.
