
Content Architect

As the Content Architect – Tenders & Proposals, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping AIM's written communications for high-stakes client engagements. This contract role (4 months) is focused on developing, maintaining, and optimising high-quality content that supports responses to public and private sector tenders, proposals, and bespoke learning solutions. You'll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Learning Design teams to ensure our content is compelling, compliant, and aligned with client expectations and AIM's brand voice.
Please note this is a 4 month fixed-term contract role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop tailored, persuasive content for government and corporate proposals.
- Audit and refresh existing materials to ensure relevance and consistency.
- Establish and manage a centralised content library with version control.
- Create indexed tools to help Sales teams navigate and adapt content efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate content accuracy and responsiveness.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to continuously improve content quality.
- Proven experience in content writing or bid/proposal writing in B2B/B2G environments.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes across public and private sectors.
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Highly organised with strong version-control and content management capabilities.
- Comfortable working independently and across multiple teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document design tools.
- Marketing qualifications desirable but not essential.
