Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, ensuring smooth operations and flexibility in their schedule.
- Screen incoming calls for the General Manager, ensuring efficient management of communication.
- Ensure that all tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner, meeting high-quality standards.
- Assist in organizing meetings, creating agendas, and taking minutes. Follow up clearly on action items to ensure completion.
- Create engaging and professional presentations for meetings as required.
- Collect and verify weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, gathering input from the leadership team.
- Distribute reports across departments on a regular basis to provide updates on the function's strategy and performance.
- Keep the General Manager informed about feedback and the progress of various business reports.
- Maintain and update systems, processes, and records as necessary.
- Coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of staff training and functional programs when needed.
