Key to our success is finding a skilled Merchandise Planner who can help us deliver trading actions and align business financial plans.

The ideal candidate will work with the planning team to forecast and maintain category WSSI's, own product categories, and develop strategies to drive business growth.

We are looking for someone with experience in Ecommerce and preferably with knowledge of planning software.

A tertiary qualification in Retail, Business, or Finance is an advantage, but not essential.

  • Forecast and maintain category WSSI's
  • Own product categories, form and deliver product strategies to drive business growth
  • Ensure optimal stock levels to minimise overstocking, balancing profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Provide weekly summary of key performance indicators
  • Ensure the correct balance of newness, repeat business, width, depth, pricing architecture, colour and category mix is planned
  • Build a balanced option plan to deliver the brand strategy
  • Present weekly trade and monthly SWOT's to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Merchandise Planning role
  • Experience in Ecommerce is essential
  • Experience with planning software is preferred
