HOKA seeks a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our Chadstone store, driving retail leadership and accelerating team career growth.

About the Role

As a key member of our retail team, you will oversee a passionate group of individuals, promoting efficient store operations and achieving sales targets. This role includes involvement in local community activations, partnerships with sporting events, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals.

To succeed, you should have experience in:

  • Maintaining optimal store results through efficient operations, meeting sales targets, KPIs, and visual merchandising standards
  • Motivating teams to achieve KPI and added value targets across stores
  • Closely monitoring store sales and effectively managing wage costs to weekly targets and company rostering standards
  • Coaching and mentoring teams to maintain high morale and encourage development through training and succession plans

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Retail Assistant Store Manager or Key Holder in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated and driven attitude, passion for leading and inspiring teams, and strategic thinking skills
  • Operational and strategical skill sets, experience with stock control and visual merchandising, and effective roster and wage management
