As a business leader, you will collaborate with your Area Manager to deliver a people-first culture, maximize sales growth, and accelerate personal career growth in a leadership role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create a WORLD-CLASS team and MAGICAL VIBE within the store.
  • Drive financial sales goals and metrics in a multimillion-dollar store.
  • Deliver on the brand vision and strategy.
  • E nsure customers are at the core of everyday business decisions, providing MEMORABLE experiences 100% of the time.
  • Create a people-first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within the team.
  • Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results.
  • Recruitment selection and onboarding of new team members.
  • Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience through preparation of online orders.
  • Ensure stores appear as best-in-class through Visual Merchandising excellence.
