We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our optical team and drive operational excellence. As a Lead Dispenser, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on optical dispensing and product selection.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus and team leadership skills. They will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to coach others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on optical dispensing and product selection
  • Lead day-to-day operations and support team development
  • Ensure flawless service from prescription to fitting
  • Manage stock, supplier relations, and administration
Requirements
  • Qualified Optical Dispenser or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to coach others
  • Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is a plus (or willingness to complete within 18 months)
