The role of a Financial Manager in our organisation involves overseeing the delivery of financial management services in accordance with strategic plans and regulations. This includes managing budgets, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing expert advice on financial matters.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting financial reports, managing cash flow, and advising on financial risk management. Your expertise will also be utilised in developing and implementing financial planning strategies to support business growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Well-developed financial and accounting skills, including experience in setting and managing budgets.
- Ability to manage finance operations in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data analysis and evaluation skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance and/or accounting, with professional standing in accounting (ACA, CPA or equivalent) highly regarded.
