Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved.
  • Ensure tables and service areas are kept clean and tidy, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Explain the menu and drinks list to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences, and provide knowledge when making recommendations.
  • Mix and serve drinks and food items to tables, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests, maximizing sales opportunities by upselling items.
  • Clear and reset tables, ensuring service areas are clean and tidy.
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general WHS practices.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous Cocktail/Bar experience, with good wine knowledge, mixology, and barista expertise.
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation, with a passion for providing exceptional and memorable moments.
  • Must hold your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
