Job Title: Bartender | Champagne Bar

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at the Champagne Bar. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Warm and Welcoming Service: Greet guests with a smile, make them feel at home, and ensure their needs are met with a personal touch.
  • Maintain a Clean and Tidy Environment: Ensure the bar area, tables, and service areas are spotless and well-organized at all times.
  • Exemplify French Hospitality: Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude, embodying the art of French hospitality and ensuring every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Upsell and Promote: Maximize sales opportunities by suggesting premium drinks and food items, and promoting our exclusive benefits and rewards.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen: Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service, and provide guests with expert recommendations on our menu and drinks list.
  • Maintain Hygiene and Safety Standards: Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and security procedures, reporting any hazards or concerns to management.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Rotating Roster: Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a cocktail bar or similar environment, with a strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and barista skills.
  • Qualifications: Hold a current RSA Certificate and maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation.
