  • Demonstrate expertise in academic program development, ensuring alignment with industry trends, student needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to cross-campus integration, promoting collaboration and innovation among faculty members.
  • Liaise with support staff to manage staffing, timetabling, and workload allocation, ensuring effective teaching delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant policies, frameworks, and regulatory directives, ensuring the highest standards of academic quality.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives, addressing feedback from students, graduates, and regulatory assessments.
  • Oversee performance reviews, professional development, and teaching excellence within the Perth campus.
  • Contribute to course reviews and accreditation processes, fostering partnerships with professional organisations.
  • Cultivate a culture of scholarship, mentoring academic staff in research and publication.
  • Pursue opportunities for articulation pathways, academic partnerships, and collaborations with local and international institutions.
  • Support course promotion, student recruitment, and engagement activities, showcasing the School's academic strengths.
  • Represent the Business School in local forums, industry panels, and recruitment events.
