About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to lead our Civil Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the division's portfolio of clients and ensuring a quality service is delivered. With a strong background in Civil software's including MUSIC, HEC-RAS, DRAINS, TUFLOW and Civil3D, you will mentor and develop the overall Civil Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Civil Division's portfolio of clients to ensure a quality service
  • Prepare stormwater drainage design and analysis, OSD Design, WSUD and Flood studies/reports, roads, pavement and driveway design
  • Apply your experience in MUSIC, HEC-RAS, DRAINS, TUFLOW and Civil3D
  • Attend site inspections, project meetings and design reviews
Requirements
  • Tertiary Degree in Engineering
  • CPEng or in the process is highly advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for team and client liaising
  • Experience with Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, DRAIN, MUSIC and AutoCAD
  • 6+ years' experience highly regarded
