Reporting to a senior project manager, you will have a proven track record of delivering complex electrical projects.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage electrical / automation projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and change orders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct thorough project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the electrical / automation industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
