
Electrical Project Manager

You will be accountable for supporting and delivering assigned projects, ensuring the project's objectives are achieved, completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage electrical / automation projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and change orders.
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field or relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the electrical / automation industry.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
